If you are interested in an opportunity with Max Carriers, Inc. and decide to create an account, complete an online application, or submit your information to us in any other way, we will use that information to assess your application for employment and for recruiting, reporting, and recordkeeping purposes. By submitting your contact details to us, you are giving express consent to be contacted by Max Carriers, Inc. or its representatives regarding any employment or contracting opportunities that may arise.

If Max Carriers, Inc. hires you, the information you submitted through our application system will become part of your personnel file and may be used to manage your employment or contractor relationship, evaluate your continued eligibility for employment, and for any required reporting and recordkeeping purposes. Max Carriers, Inc. will retain this information throughout the duration of your employment or contractor relationship and for as long thereafter as is allowed or required by applicable law.
